AIMS is a charitable trust registered in South Africa. The AIMS South Africa Board of Trustees governs the institute and appoints its Director.
The AIMS Trustees delegate detailed oversight of the Institute’s activities to the AIMS Council which includes a representative from each of the partner universities.
